Music –
it’s the only thing that gets me through grueling leg workouts and that last set of push-ups. The perfect playlist is an essential to any butt-busting workout. And everyone knows the dreaded feeling of, “I forgot my earphones” or, “My phone died… what am I supposed to listen to?” Even worse? The awful music played through the speakers of so many corporate gyms. Lord save me.
I won’t say I have the perfect playlist, but I’ve amassed a few songs that when blared loudly enough through earphones, are a sure-fire way to give you that extra push.
Warning: these songs not appropriate for young ears, your mom’s ears, or granny’s. Please pick a different playlist for situations in which appropriate. Preferably Disney Soundtracks.
