You know those nights where you’re craving something yummy like really, really bad? This is the recipe for those nights — or any night… or every night? Be ready to be amazed.
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 tbsp. cocoa powder
- 1 egg
- 2-3 sliced strawberries
- Peanut butter – 1 tbsp.
- Blend together banana, egg, cocoa powder, and water until it’s a batter-like consistency
- Spray the inside of a microwave-safe mug with non-stick spray
- Pour batter into mug and microwave for 1 minute
- To spice things up add sliced strawberries and peanut butter to the middle of the batter prior to microwaving (and/or chocolate chips)
